Coil Sizes & Tolerances SCS provide a state of the art R&D and Manufacturing facility utilising high tech CNC technology. Our dedicated team of engineers are able to manufacture coils and springs to offer robust dimensional control whilst offering rapid order turnaround and coupled with small batch requirements. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide the following ranges of products: Wire diameters of 0.0005” - 0.01“ (12.5µm - 254µm) Minimum outside coil diameters from 0.006” (152µm) Outside diameter tolerances to ± 0.0002” (5µm)
